We evaluate numerous aspects of your site or building, including market demand, technical challenges, financial resources and commitment of capacity and time to complete your project. For simple projects this may take the form of a straightforward evaluation – or more complex projects may require a review of several sites and uses.
Regardless of complexity, we present options for each scenario along with realistic cost estimates. We work on the belief that our findings should present opportunities and constraints and are only helpful if they serve to guide our clients through the sometimes complex phases of project development.
