The Ellis Residence has been used as an educational tour a few times already. The design was featured at the Futures Festival in Port Gamble last summer. Then the construction site was open for tours in conjunction with the Bainbridge Island Eco-Tour. We are now pleased to announce a second tour of the construction site. The site will be open on Thursday, July 30th from 10am-2pm & 5pm-7pm. If you are interested in learning about the LEED for Homes process or the features of a home with the goal of LEED Platinum feel free to stop by for a guided tour.
